Founded in 1957 by Henry D. Scott, Coast Industries, Inc. is one of Oregon's oldest minority-owned firms. Scott's daughter, Bernadette Artharee, current president of Coast Industries, Inc., and her son, Hasan Artharee, manager of the sales and operations portion of the business, represent a solid commitment to preserve the legacy of Henry Scott and his vision for the company. Bernadette, Hasan, and the rest of their Coast family are proud to celebrate the company's 50th anniversary.
